hung parliament, Great Britain, Australia, voting behaviour, election 2010Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku tzv. hung parliament (parlament bez jednobarevné většiny), který nastal souběžně ve Velké Británii a Austrálii po volbách 2010. V teoretické části jsou představeny stranické systémy zkoumaných zemí, definováno co znamená, když nastane "hung parliament" a kdy k němu v minulosti došlo. Na základě dvou případových studií voleb 2010 ve Velké Británii a Austrálii dojde k zodpovězení výzkumné otázky: Jaké jsou příčiny hung parliamentu?
This bachelor thesis is focused on issue of hung parliament (no single-party majority) which has arisen contemporaneously in Great Britain and in Australia after elections in 2010. In the theoretical part of this thesis the party systems of examined countries is presented, as well as the definition of what happens when hung parliament sets in. According to two case studies of the 2010 elections in Great Britain and Australia the question of the cause of hung parliament is answered.
