"páté svobody" - volnému pohybu rozhodnutí v rámci Evropské unie. Cílem této práce je provedení rozboru procesních předpisů evropského mezinárodního práva soukromého pomocí deskriptivně-analytické metody z hlediska jejich přístupu k pojmu uznání. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the procedural legislation of European private international law concerning their approach to the concept of recognition using the descriptive-analytical method.
