Domácí násilí

Abstract

The theme of the rigorous work is the domestic violence. The work is divided into three main parts - into a theoretical part, which deals with types of domestic violence, the characteristics of individual perpetrators and victims and with other theoretical questions connected with this topic. The second part briefly presents the administration law and civil law connected with this phenomenon. Tématem rigorózní práce je domácí násilí. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části a to na část teoretickou, která se zabývá druhy domácího násilí, charakteristikou jednotlivých typů pachatelů a obětí a dalšími teoretickými otázkami spjatými s tímto fenoménem. V druhé části je stručně vyložena právní úprava správního a občanského práva týkající se domácího násilí.
