Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou levostranné nadkolenní amputace. Cíle práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou levostranné nadkolenní amputace. Souhrn: Práce se skládá z obecné a speciální části. Obecná část obsahuje popis anatomie a kineziologie dolní končetiny. Dále jsou zde uvedeny informace vztahující se k amputacím, příčinám jejich vzniku, komplikacím, protetice a rehabilitaci z pohledu fyzioterapie. Ve speciální části je zpracovaná kazuistika pacienta po levostranné transfemorální amputaci, která zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření, průběh terapie, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie.
