Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, obecná část pojednává o anatomii a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu, o osteoartróze jakožto nejčastější příčině vedoucí k totální náhradě kyčelního kloubu a dále o jednotlivých typech endoprotéz a v praxi nejužívanějších operačních přístupech. Druhá, speciální část zpracovává kazuistiku pacientky po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu, včetně zhodnocení efektu zvolené terapie porovnáním vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru.
Title of bachelor`s thesis: Aims: Summary: Key words: case study, coxarthrosis, hip joint, physiotherapy, total hip replacement The case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of total hip replacement The aim of this Bachelor thesis has been to improve theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills connected with the diagnosis of total hip replacement and with various physiotherapeutic methods used after the implantation of an artificial hip joint. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, general part deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint as well as with osteoarthrosis as the most frequent cause leading to the total hip replacement, and with particular types of implants and operating approaches mostly used in practice. The most important component part of the first section is the rehabilitation plan used in patients afflicted with this diagnosis, which includes preoperative rehabilitation, early rehabilitation after the operation, as well as subsequent curative rehabilitation. The second, specialist part deals with the casuistry of a patient submitted to the implantation of an artificial hip joint, including an assessment of the effects of the chosen therapy by comparing the kinesiological analyses before and after the treatment.
