Family-School communication, forms of communication, the experience of teachers, Step by StepPráce se zabývá problematikou komunikace třídního učitele a rodičů jeho žáků v prostředí prvního stupně základní školy. Zkoumá současnou pozici tématu v rámci českého školství a některé vzdělávací programy a iniciativy orientující se na tuto oblast práce učitele. Dále mapuje formy komunikace, které může učitel využívat, jejich výhody a nevýhody. V rámci čtyř případových studií a jejich závěrečného srovnání zkoumá přístup konkrétních učitelů k výběru forem komunikace s rodiči a tvorbě celkové struktury komunikace s nimi. Popisuje zvolené formy komunikace jednotlivých třídních učitelů, zdroje informací o možných formách a také faktory, které učitele při volbě jejich užívání ovlivňovaly. Jednotlivé studie dává do kontextu a zjišťuje společné i rozdílné prvky. Rovněž se dotýká otázky přípravy budoucích učitelů na tuto oblast. V rámci výzkumu je možné sledovat zejména osobitý přístup jednotlivých učitelů ke zkoumané problematice.
The thesis deals with the communication of class teacher with the parents in primary school. The current position of this topic within the Czech education system is examined. Educational programs and initiatives focusing on this area of teacher's work are studied. Specific forms of communication available to teachers are presented with their advantages and disadvantages. Four case studies and their final comparison examines teachers' approach to the selection of specific forms of communication and the formation of the overall structure of communication with parents. Case studies describe the forms of communication used by individual teachers. Sources of information about the possible forms of communication, as well as factors that influence the teachers are presented. Individual studies are evaluated in the context of the others and their common and different features are identified. The issue of training of future teachers in this area is discussed. Individual approach of teachers to this topic is observed.
