55 Résumé: regulovaný trh investičních nástrojů Kapitálový trh je důležitou součástí moderní ekonomiky. Umožňuje pružně přelévat lik- viditu mezi subjekty, a tím umožňuje velké podnikatelské záměry, které vyžadují značné peněžní prostředky koncentrované na jednom místě a čase. V této práci autor nejprve šířeji uvádí problematiku přesunu peněžních mas použitím cenných papírů a postavení regulovaných trhů v tomto systému. V kapitole o regulovaných trzích uceleně uvede čtenáře do právní úpravy organisovaných trhů s důrazem na evropskou legislativu. Oproti evropským normám zná české právo vyš- ší stupeň regulovaného trhu, oficiální trh. Tento trh je vyhrazen pro nekvalitnější a nejlik- vidnější investiční nástroje. Investiční instrumenty zevrubně popisuje hned poté. O něco podrobněji popisuje deriváty, které popisuje s přihlédnutím k problematice obchodních míst, na kterých se s nimi obchoduje. Poté jsou vysvětleny konkrétnější aspekty regulovaných trhů: organisátor regulovaného trhu, přijímání finančních nástrojů k obchodování na regulovaném trhu a podmínky to- hoto přijetí, z nichž vystupuje povinnost uveřejnit prospekt před přijetím některých ná- strojů k obchodování. 56 Abstract: Regulated Markets in Financial Instruments The capital market is an important part of the modern economy. It allows a flexible flow of liquidity between entities, allowing large entrepreneurial plans, which require consider- able amounts of money concentrated in one location and at the same time. In this thesis the author at first introduces the question of the shift of money supply by trading securi- ties and the role of regulated markets in this system. In the chapter on regulated markets the author introduces the reader to the legal frame- work of regulated markets, giving emphasis on European legislature. Unlike the European regulation, the Czech law contains a higher level regulated market, an official market. This market is exclusive for high-quality and high-liquidity investment instruments. Financial instruments are described in detail immediately after that. Derivatives are studied next, accenting the issues of trading venues, in which derivatives are traded. Afterwards more concrete questions of regulated markets are explained: operator of a regulated market, admission of financial instruments to trading and requirements of such admission, of which a special one is the necessity to publish a prospect before the admis- sion of some financial instruments to trading.
