Organizace cytoskeletu senescentní buňky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o buněčné senescenci a změnami v organizaci cytoskeletu. Porovnává rozdíl mezi buňkou v senescenci a buňkami normálních prolifera- tivních linií. Cytoskelet buňky je velmi dynamická struktura a má dopad na buněčnou funkci v tkáních. Bylo pozorováno, že buněčná dysfunkce a změny cytoskeletu souvisí se senescentním fenotypem. Tato práce shromažd'uje známé informace o cytoskeletu v senes- centních buňkách a naznačuje možný postup budoucího výzkumu. This bachelor thesis discusses the phenomenon of cellular senescence in the context of cytoskeleton organization. Differences in the organization of cytoskeleton be- tween normal proliferative cells and senescent cells are being compared. Cellular cytoskele- ton is a very dynamic structure and influences the function of the cell within a tissue. This thesis gathers current evidence about senescence and cytoskeleton and indicates possible directions for future research.
