role in the group, conflict, employed fatherCílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat problémovou situaci, kterou zaměstnaným otcům přináší konflikt mezi rolemi a představit možná řešení této situace. Pojednává i o skutečnostech, které s touto problematikou souvisí, například o genderových stereotypech, rodinné politice organizací a o změně, kterou v posledních několika desetiletích prošla otcovská funkce.
This thesis concerns with the role conflict of employed fathers and introduces potential solution. I used the information from specialized literature, from research and from my own analysis. This thesis focuses on the problems of the role conflict which appears at employed fathers very often and which causes that fahters have to choose between their work and their family. It also deals with other facts which are related to this issue, such as gender stereotypes, family politics and changes in the farther's role which happened in last several decades. The last chapter is concerned with my own analysis, focused on attitude of employed fathers to the father on parental leave.
