Název práce: Možnosti a využití arteterapie v hospicové péči Cíl práce: Ověřit a popsat využití arteterapie a průběh arteterapeutických setkání v hospicové péči a její přínos pro jednotlivé účastníky.
Title of the thesis: Potentialities of art therapy and its utilisation within hospice care Objective of the thesis: To verify and to describe the use of art therapy within hospice care, progression of art therapy sessions and their benefits to each participant. Method of work: There was used ethnographic approach, concretely micro ethnography, for the research work during the art therapy sessions in St. Jan Nepomuk Neumann Hospice. For data collecting were applied methods of participating observation and informal interview. Collected data are registered and categorized according to aggregated system. Results: The participants were not only found to be the clients, but also accompanying family members, volunteers and members of the staff team. All these participants are not always actively involved in the art therapy session, their implication can be also passive. However in both cases they benefit of certain creative and experience values. Art techniques are purposely chosen to have an easy technical process so that they respect client's health condition and desire to accomplish a final product. The clients chose to profit from both forms of individual and group art therapy. Art activity brings kind of release from illness and becomes a gratification.
