Navržená doporučení by mohla pomoci eliminovat problémy, spojené s hrazením poplatků pacienty.

In the practical part of this theses was as a quantitative research used the questionnaire method. The analysis of the data implies that the nurses from the Mlada Boleslav hospital agree with introduction of the regulative payments, however they fundamentally reject that the regulative payments be collected by health care personnel directly from patient. Frequent occurrence of ethic problems that is connected with collection of regulative payments seriously damages the relationship between the healthcare provider and the patient. In the conclusion there are recommendations for possible changes in the concept of supervision based on the results of performed analysis. The proposed recommendations could help to eliminate problems...
