Terapie kašle

Abstract

Názov diplomové práce: Terapie kašľa Pokúsili sme sa o komplexné riešenie problematiky terapie kašľa na základe jednotlivých poznatkov získaných z odborných literatúr a článkov. Od všeobecných vymedzení pojmov z anatómie a fyziológie dýchacej sústavy sme prešli cez obranné mechanizmy ku kašľu. Vymedzili sme jeho pojem, rozobrali jeho mechanizmus, rozdelili sme si ho podľa klinického hľadiska a postupne prešli cez príčiny vzniku až k jeho terapii. Postupne sme prebrali jednotlivé liekové skupiny a charakterizovali ich a uviedli zástupcov s mechanizmami účinkov a príkladmi používaných prípravkov. Okrajovo sme sa dotkli aj látok prírodného pôvodu používaných v terapii kašľa. Práca má pomôcť lepšie sa orientovať v problematike terapie kašľa. Title of diploma thesis: Treatment of cough We attempted to tackle the complex issues of cough therapies on the individual knowledge gained from the technical literature and articles. From the general definitions of the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, we passed through the defense mechanisms to the cough. We define the concept of cough, analyze its mechanism, divide it according to the clinical point of view and gradually switched over to the cause to his therapy. We took over the various groups of drugs, describe them and said representatives with the mechanisms of their effect and examples of medicinal drugs, which are commonly in use. Marginally we also touched on substances of natural origin used in the therapy of cough. The work should help to better focus on the issue of treatment of cough.
