Upozorňuje také na častá onemocnění, která lze ovlivnit výživou a seznamuje s výživovými doporučeními, formou obecných výživových tvrzení i potravinových pyramid. Těžiště práce tvoří kvantitativní průzkumné šetření, které porovnává přístup ke správné výživě, stravovací návyky a znalosti všeobecných sester a laické veřejnosti. Zabývá se také některými problémy u mladší populace (20 - 40 let) a starší populace (41 - 60 let). Zkoumaný vzorek tvoří pouze ženy ve věkové kategorii 20 - 60 let.
The aim of the bachelor thesis deals with nutrition, which may significantly affect our health. The theoretical part highlights the factors that may affect establishment of dietary habits and the specificities of nutrition in your lives. It also describes frequent health problems which can be caused by nutrition and presents nutrition recommendations by general nutrition claims and food pyramids. The focus of the work consists of a quantitative explorary surveywhich compares the approach to good nutrition, eating habits and knowledge of general nurses and lay public. It also challenges some of the younger population (20 - 40 years) and eldery (41 - 60 years). The current sample consists of only women in the age category 20 - 60 years.
