Název: Rozbor techniky tai otoshi Cíle práce: Zjistit úspěšnost techniky tai otoshi na turnajích. Vysvětlit a ukázat správné provedení této techniky. Rozebrat techniku z biomechanického hlediska. Metodou pozorování zjistit nejčastější varianty provedení, spolu s vhodnou kombinací s jinými chvaty a kontra chvaty. Nejčastěji se vyskytující varianty provedení spolu s technikou obrany fotograficky zdokumentovat a popsat. Vytvořit návod k jejich nácviku. Metoda: Analýza techniky chvatu tai otoshi provedena metodou pozorování, statistickým vyhodnocením a popisem s fotografickým záznamem techniky. Výsledky: Úspěšnost techniky tai otoshi na turnajích je: 1. Základní provedení - 46% 2. Provedení v kombinaci - 52% 3. Účinnost kontrachvatů - 46% Klíčová slova: judo, tai otoshi, Inokuma
Tittle: Analysis of tai otoshi techniques Objectives of work: Find out the access of the technique on tournaments. Explicate and show the right execution of the technique. Analyse the technique from the biofragmental point of view. Find out the most frequent variant of the execution by watching method together suitable combination with other grapples and contragrapples. Photographically describe the most frequent variants of execution together with technice of defense. Create instructions of practise. Method: Analysis of technique of tai otoshi grapple done by the watching method, by the help of statistical evaluation and description with photographicall record of the technique.
