This diploma thesis focuses on thorough analysis of text from Zohar I 4a-4b. First of all it deals with gendre of narrative in the Book of Zohar and then already with selected text itself. The thesis describes its "anchorage" in the zoharic literature and its functions. Futher this discourse also brings czech translation of rabbinical commentaries to the selected text, specifically commentary from the book of Ohr Yakar by rabbi Moses Cordovero and commentary from the book of Ketem Paz by rabbi Simeon ibn Lavi. The thesis analyses these commentaries in detail, compares them and so it shows, how kabbalists of 16. century perceived this text. The last chapter describes the influence of the selected story and its parallels. The methodology of this thesis is comparation of traditional Jewish literature, but the thesis takes notice of modern scientific publications as well.
