Hodnocení českých hokejových stadionů pohledem diváka

Abstract

Title: Evaluation of czech ice hockey stadiums in spectator's view Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the quality of selected ice hockey stadiums in the Czech Republic from the spectator's perspective. Methods: The research was conducted using a quantitative data collection method in the form of an online questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 31 questions (open-ended, closed-ended, and semi-open) and was distributed in Facebook groups of fans of the clubs whose stadiums were under investigation. The criteria for including respondents were a minimum of six visits to the stadium during the 2024/2025 season and being over 18 years of age. A total of five stadiums with the highest average occupancy were examined, with three of them included in the analytical part due to a sufficient number of responses. Statistical evaluation was carried out using contingency tables, the Kruskal-Wallis test, and the chi-square test. Data were processed in Google Sheets and supplemented with graphical visualizations. Results: The results revealed differences in how various aspects of stadium comfort were perceived. Název: Hodnocení českých hokejových stadionů pohledem diváka Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit kvalitu vybraných hokejových stadionech v České republice z pohledu diváka. Metody: Výzkum byl realizován pomocí kvantitativní metody sběru dat prostřednictvím elektronického dotazníku. Dotazník obsahoval 31 otázek (otevřených, uzavřených i polootevřených) a byl distribuován do facebookových skupin fanoušků klubů, jejichž stadiony byly předmětem zkoumání. Kritériem pro zařazení respondentů byla minimálně šestinásobná návštěva stadionu během sezony 2024/2025 a věk nad 18 let. Celkem bylo zkoumáno pět stadionů s nejvyšší průměrnou obsazeností, přičemž pro analytickou část byly použity tři z nich, u nichž byl zajištěn dostatečný počet odpovědí. Ke statistickému vyhodnocení byly využity kontingenční tabulky, Kruskal-Wallisův test a chí-kvadrát test. Data byla zpracována v Google Sheets a doplněna grafickou vizualizací. Výsledky: Výsledky ukázaly rozdíly ve vnímání jednotlivých aspektů stadionového komfortu. Mezi nejlépe hodnocené faktory patřila dostupnost MHD a orientace na stadionu, naopak za problematické byly označeny kvalita občerstvení a délka čekání na toalety.
