Vít Šťastný Title: Use of Nicotine Pouches among High School Students Objective: The main objective of this thesis is to map the experiences of high school students in the Vysočina Region with the use of nicotine pouches through an online survey. A secondary objective is to determine the prevalence of nicotine pouch use among high school students in this region. Methods: The research was conducted through an anonymous online survey using the Survio.com platform. The survey consisted of 18 questions divided into four thematic areas (demographics, awareness, personal experience, and the relationship with smoking). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the chi-squared test of independence. Results: The results showed that more than half of the respondents (53.8%) had personal experience with using nicotine pouches. A statistically significant difference was found between genders, with males reporting higher usage rates. A significant association was also observed between the type of nicotine product used (e-cigarettes, vaporizers) and the use of nicotine pouches. Vít Šťastný Název: Užívání nikotinových sáčků u středoškoláků Cíl: Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je pomocí online anketního šetření zmapovat zkušenosti středoškolských studentů v Kraji Vysočina s užíváním nikotinových sáčků. Dílčím cílem práce je zjistit prevalenci užívání nikotinových sáčků mezi středoškolskými studenty v tomto regionu. Metody: Výzkum byl realizován prostřednictvím anonymní online ankety na platformě Survio.com. Anketa obsahovala 18 otázek rozdělených do čtyř tematických oblastí (demografie, informovanost, osobní zkušenost, souvislost s kouřením). Data byla analyzována pomocí deskriptivní statistiky a chí-kvadrát testu nezávislosti. Výsledky: Výsledky ukázaly, že více než polovina respondentů (53,8 %) má osobní zkušenost s užíváním nikotinových sáčků. Statisticky významný rozdíl byl prokázán mezi pohlavími, přičemž muži vykazovali vyšší míru užívání. Významná souvislost se objevila také mezi typem kouřeného nikotinového produktu (e-cigarety, vaporizéry) a užíváním sáčků. Závěr: Užívání nikotinových sáčků mezi středoškolskými studenty je rozšířené a často vnímáno jako méně škodlivá alternativa ke klasickým cigaretám.
