66 Zdálo by se, že v současné době, kdy experti umí identifikovat osoby podle molekulárně genetické analýzy, ke které jim stačí byť jediná buňka, ostatní identifikační metody budou odsunovány do pozadí. Na následujícím případu z praxe chci doložit, že právě znaleckým posudkem klinického stomatologa byla jednoznačně identifikována mrtvola neznámého muže. Dne 8.6.2005 byl na OŘ PČR Klatovy oznámen nález rozřezaného lidského těla, které bylo zabaleno v igelitových pytlích. Jednalo se o neznámou osobu mužského pohlaví. Vyšetřováno na SKPV OOK Správy Západočeského kraje Plzeň pod čj. PZC-201/TČ-OK-2005.83 Ohledáním částí těla a prohlídkou oblečení zemřelého, byl nalezen ústřižek složenky na jméno V.N. Ve spolupráci s policisty na úseku pátrání po osobách SKPV OOK Klatovy bylo zjištěno, že od 28.5.2005 pohřešuje A.K. svého druha V.N., který údajně odešel z domova po vzájemné hádce a od stejného data nechodí do zaměstnání. Následující den po nálezu mrtvoly byla provedena soudní pitva, kterou mimo jiné bylo zjištěno, že zemřelý má značný počet stomatologických zákroků. Na pitevně byla provedena fotodokumentace chrupu. 73 IDENTIFICATION OF CORPSES AND SKELETAL FINDINGS SUMMARY The reason for my research is favour in criminology and criminal law on the whole. The thesis is composed of six chapters and introduction and conclusion. Chapter One is named Forensic medicine and this chapter is divided into two parts. Part One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the Forensic medicine, for example natural death, violent death, time of death, post - mortem changes, etc. Part Two describes inspection of a body, judicial autopsy, health autopsy. Chapter Two deals with inspection and the work of police officers on the place of finding body, further on coronerʼs inquest. Then I deal with Individual identification methods. Chapter Three is the identification of persons according to in the external features. The main features are for example race, sex, age, color of skin, body height, blood group, DNA analysis. The supporting characters are for example hair color, body weight. Chapter Four is named Dactyloscopy and it deals with examining of fingerprints, palms of the hand and soles of foot.
