Logopedická prevence z pohledu ředitele mateřské školy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá logopedickou prevencí z pohledu ředitele mateřské školy. V souladu s cílem práce analyzuje současný stav a zjišťuje možnosti podpory a rizika v oblasti logopedické prevence ve vybraných mateřských školách. Sleduje úroveň práce v mateřských školách ve smyslu zajištění spolupráce se speciálně pedagogickým centrem, pedagogicko- psychologickou poradnou, klinickým logopedem a dalším vzděláváním pedagogických pracovníků se zaměřením na logopedického asistenta. Dále uvádí, jaké jsou možnosti získání finančních prostředků na pomůcky pro děti s poruchami řeči, na další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků nebo pro případnou spolupráci s klinickým logopedem přímo v mateřské škole. Práce zmiňuje také grantové programy, které nabízí MŠMT. Nastiňuje také možný postup pro změnu či zefektivnění logopedické prevence a motivační metody pro aktivní přístup pedagogických pracovníků, které může ředitel mateřské školy využít. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu dat výzkumného šetření, pro které byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu. Pro výzkum byly osloveny mateřské školy v Pardubickém kraji a Kraji Vysočina, kde je logopedická prevence zavedena. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director. In accordance with the aim of the thesis, it analyses the current situation and identifies the possibilities of support and risks in the field of speech therapy prevention in selected kindergartens. It studies the state and level of work in kidergartens in terms of ensuring cooperation with a special pedagogical center, a pedagogical-psychological counselling center, a clinical speech therapist and further education of pedagogical staff with a focus on speech therapy assistants. It also indicates the possibilities of obtaining financial resources for aids for children with speech disorders, for further education of teaching staff or for possible cooperation with a clinical speech therapist directly in the kindergarten. The thesis also mentions the grant programs offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture. It also outlines a possible procedure for changing or increasing the efficiency of speech therapy prevention and motivational methods for the active approach of teaching staff, which can be used by the kindergarten director.
