Irena Novotná Title: Case study of a physiotherapy treatment of a patient with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about the diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, about the possibilities of therapy and to elaborate a case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with this diagnosis. Methods: The thesis is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part is focused on the summary of theoretical knowledge about amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. This part includes chapters of neuroanatomy, general characteristics and clinical picture of the disease, possibilities of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The special part includes initial kinesiological examination, design of short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan, description of therapeutic units, output kinesiological examination and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: Positive outcomes of the physiotherapy intervention include increased range of motion, improved gait stability and training in independent verticalization. Irena Novotná Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou amyotrofická laterální skleróza Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických znalostí o diagnóze amyotrofická laterální skleróza, o možnostech terapie a zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s uvedenou diagnózou. Metody: Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - část obecná a část speciální. Obecná část je zaměřena na shrnutí teoretických poznatků o amyotrofické laterální skleróze. Tato část zahrnuje kapitoly neuroanatomie, obecnou charakteristiku a klinický obraz onemocnění, možnosti diagnostických a terapeutických postupů. Část speciální obsahuje vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu, popis terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Pozitivní výsledky fyzioterapeutické intervence zahrnují zvýšení rozsahu pohybu, zlepšení stability chůze a nácvik samostatné vertikalizace. V terapii se nepodařilo ovlivnit svalový tonus a spasticitu. Veškeré výsledky práce jsou uvedeny v kapitole efekt terapie. Závěr: Výše uvedená kazuistika prokazuje, že fyzioterapie u takto složité diagnózy jako je amyotrofická laterální skleróza vyžaduje znalost jak...
