Environmentální dějiny v jihovýchodní Evropě

Abstract

The thesis is focused on South-eastern Europe and environmental history. The aim is to examine the state of environmental history in this area and to determine what are the main topics of the researches done there. In the introduction will be given definitions to used terms, on basis of them were selected the works analysed further. Next is historical and historiographical context and categorization of works by their topic. Separately, there will be described the Albanian case, which will go deeper into history, historiography and also parts of politics and society. In the end, the thesis will sum up the information and will determine possibilities of further researches.

Práce se zaměřuje na oblast jihovýchodní Evropy a fenomén environmentálních dějin. Jejím cílem je popsat stav této poměrně mladé disciplíny ve zmíněném regionu a stanovit, jaká témata se v oblasti zkoumají. V úvodu jsou definovány pojmy, podle kterých byl sestaven soubor dále analyzovaných prací. Následuje popsání historického vývoje a základních rysů historických bádání a posléze práce přikročí ke kategorizaci prací na základě témat, která zkoumají. Samostatně bude řešen případ Albánie, v níž půjde práce hlouběji a krom její historie a historiografie popíše i vybrané výseky politického a společenského vývoje. V závěru pak shrne zjištěné poznatky a naznačí další možnosti bádání.
