Areas influenced by the mine activity are in danger of terrain deformations as consequence of the undermining. These are usually monitored by classic levelling methods. To monitor the Jirkov - Most route and railway that slides, especially its part called the Ervenice corridor, and the area of the Slatinice above-level dump, the 3-pass differential interferometry was used. One pair of scenes was considered to be without terrain deformation, the other pair is the deformation pair. Result of this method is the differential interferogram. By means of the phase and coherence of that interferogram it is possible to describe expected terrain deformations both qualitatively and quantitatively
