Samci hereditárního hypertriglyceridémického potkana byli rozděleni do 2 skupin. Kontrolní skupina potkanů byla krmena vysokofruktózovou dietou (standardní laboratorní dieta s přídavkem sacharózy - 70 %) s cílem navodit inzulinovou rezistenci. U MDOC skupiny zvířata obdržela stejnou dietu s přídavkem 5% MDOC. Dále byla provedena biochemická a imunohistochemická analýza exprese...
Diabetes mellitus is lifelong, however curable illness. It is chronical etiopatologentic heterogeneous disorder. It is characterized by hyperglycemia and diabetic dyslipidemia. Digestive fibre also affects metabolism of carbohydrates whereas it applies influence of fibre on slowing down the way through, inactivation of amylase also supply of fibre has influence on release of GIT hormones. Pectin slow down absorption of sugars from small intestine into the blood whereby it regulates blood sugar fluctuation. Fibre regulates secretion of insulin by slowing down intestinal absorption of sugars. MDOC alias oxidizing cellulose is anhydride glucorinide acid which is engendering by oxidation of primary hydroxide blocked on 6. carbon of β-D-Glucans. This substance is belonging into the group of soluble fibres. The purpose of this diploma thesis was to test potential anti-diabetes and anti-inflammatory effects of MDOC on experimental animals, who were the hereditary hypertriglicemic rats (HHTg). Rat males of hereditary hypertriglicemic kind were divided into two groups. First group was fed with high- fructose diet (standard diet with addition of 70% of sucrase) with the aim to induce the insulin resistance. Second group (MDOC) had same diet supplemented with 5% of MDOC. Biochemical analysis and the...
