Potřeba edukace u pacientů po amputaci DK

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá potřebou edukace pacientů po amputaci dolní končetiny a skládá se ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsány nejčastější indikace k amputaci, typy amputace, výše amputace, nejčastější komplikace po amputaci dolní končetiny a fantomova bolest. Další kapitoly obsahují informace o sebepéči a důležitou kapitolu o edukaci. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu a je zpracovaná na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se šesti respondenty. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou pacienti po amputaci dolní končetiny dostatečně edukováni. The bachelor thesis is focused on the educational importance of the patients with amputated lower limb. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the most common indications for amputation, types of amputation, the number of amputation, including complications after amputation of the lower limb and phantom pain. The next chapters contain information about self-care and another, most important chapter focused on education. The practical part is based on qualitative research and based on prepared questions in a semi- structured interview. The main aim was to determine whether patients are sufficiently educated after amputation of the lower limb.
