Význam hagioterapie při léčbě závislostí pohledem abstinujících osob, dříve závislých

Abstract

Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je hagioterapie účinný psychoterapeutický nástroj při práci s klienty s drogovou minulostí, a zda jim dostatečně pomáhá při jejich dlouhodobé abstinenci. První kapitola slouží pro zakotvení tématu v oboru sociální práce. Druhá kapitola popisuje druhy drog, sociální práci se závislým klientem a její principy, prevenci závislostí a sociální služby pro klienty se závislostí. Třetí kapitola je věnována abstinenci. Popisuje propojení spirituality s abstinencí, prevenci abstinence, práci s nejčastějšími emocemi během abstinence a rizikové faktory pro klienty v abstinenci. Primárně se soustředím na klienty, kteří abstinují od alkoholu. Čtvrtou kapitolou je samotná hagioterapie. Úvodní kapitoly práce se věnují širšímu pohledu na psychoterapii - popisují různé přístupy, motivaci klienta. Další kapitoly pak přecházejí k hagioterapii jako takové. Popisují její kořeny, zakladatele, cíle a nástroje a věnují se bibli jakožto hlavnímu nástroji hagioterapie. Ve výzkumné části práce je popsána metoda a principy, které jsou využity v poslední části práce. Tou je ilustrativní šetření, které proběhlo formou rozhovorů, a takto získaná data byla zpracována interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzou.

The goal this thesis is to determine whether hagiotherapy is an effective psychotherapeutic tool in working with clients with a drug history, and whether it sufficiently helps them in their long-term abstinence. The first chapter serves to embed the topic in the specializon of social work. The second chapter describes the types of drugs, social work with an addicted client and its principles, addiction prevention and social services for addicted clients. The third chapter is devoted to abstinence. It describes the connection of spirituality with abstinence, prevention of abstinence, work with the most common emotions during abstinence and risk factors for clients in abstinence. I primarily focus on clients who abstain from alcohol. The fourth chapter is hagiotherapy itself. The introductory chapters are devoted to a broader view of psychotherapy - they describe different approaches, motivation of the client. The next chapters then move on to hagiotherapy as such. They describe its roots, founders, goals and tools, and deal with the Bible as the main tool of hagiotherapy. The research part of the thesis describes the method and principles that are used in the last part of the thesis.
