Prevence a způsoby pomoci mladým bezdomovcům v oblasti sociálních služeb v České republice

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of homelessness among the young people. The rates of people in the age 18-26 who are endangered by social exclusion are steadily rising in the Czech Republic. The most vulnerable are those from dysfunctional homes as well as those lacking their families entirely. Those individuals tend to be raised in institutional care usually lacking in role models and have little to no financial and social resources at their disposal. Social exclusion always originates from variety of different problems that need to be taken care of before they become too severe. That is why I decided to identify the characteristics of this group of people and specify the appropriate methods of cooperation. I define the various ways of prevention and support. In addition to that, I describe persisting barriers in the current system of social services. Last but not least, I aim to present information about the process of social inclusion, together with its successes and shortcomings young people may encounter during the procedure. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice bezdomovectví mladých lidí. V České republice narůstá počet lidí ve věku 18-26 let, kteří jsou ohroženi sociálním vyloučením. Nejčastěji se jedná o lidi, kteří pochází z nefunkčních rodin nebo rodinu nemají vůbec. Pak prochází ústavní výchovou, postrádají vzor a nemají žádné finanční a sociální zázemí. Sociální vyloučení vždy vzniká kumulováním mnoha příčin, které je třeba včas řešit. Proto jsem se rozhodla identifikovat specifika této skupiny lidí a specifika práce s nimi. Definovat způsoby prevence a pomoci a popsat bariéry systému sociálních služeb. V neposlední řadě se zaměřit na proces sociálního začleňování, jeho úspěšnost a problémy, se kterými se mladí lidé během tohoto procesu potýkají. Hlavním zdrojem dat mi byly rozhovory s experty - pracovníky organizací pro lidi bez domova. Data z rozhovorů jsem podrobila tematické analýze, která mi pomohla odhalit všechna důležitá témata, kterým se ve své práci věnuji. V závěru jsme se pokusila nabídnout vhodné řešení této problematiky pomoci sítí a vazeb.
