Le Messianisme désertique et la question de la possibilité de la justice dans la pensée de Jacques Derrida

Abstract

Le texte suivant essayera de thématiser le lien de la question de la possibilité de la justice avec le « messianisme désertique » dans l'horizon des concepts tels qu'ils sont élaborés dans les premières œuvres de Derrida; et de cette manière, nous tenterons d'articuler la relation de ce que Derrida appelait l'indécontructibilité de la justice avec les notions (d'archi-écriture, de différance) qui ne visaient qu'à déstructurer, démobiliser les points en les inscrivant dans le mouvement (de la substitution, de la temporalisation, etc.) par rapport auquel ils se représentaient comme transcendants et donc en tant que les principes réglant. Autrement dit, l'objectif consistera à formuler l'indéconstructibilité de la justice à partir de l'exigence de la déconstruction, pour lequel nous développerons notre lecture autour de la fonction paradoxale du « sans » déjà imbriqué dans le concept du « messianisme désertique » (« messianique sans messianisme »). The following text will try to thematize the link of the question of the possibility of justice with "desertic messianism" in the horizon of the concepts developed in the first works of Derrida. In this way, we will try to articulate the indecontructibility of justice by the notions (of arche- writing, of differance) which aimed at deconstructing the certain governing principles of the western thought by inscribing them in the movement (of substitution, temporalization, etc.) in relation to which they represented themselves as transcendent. In other words, the objective of the following text will consist in formulating the indeconstructibility of justice by departing from the requirements of deconstruction, because of which we will develop our reading around the paradoxical function of "without" already implied by the concept of "desertic messianism" ("messianic without messianism ").
