Strana zelených v Bádensku-Württembersku a Sasku-Anhaltsku. Analýza odlišností volebního chování

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of voting behaviour towards the Green Party in Germany. The paper focuses specifically on the elections to the Landtag in 2016, in the two Länder Baden-Württemberg and Saxony-Anhalt. The Green Party achieved completely different results in these two elections, winning the elections in Baden-Württemberg and barely getting to the Landtag in Saxony-Anhalt. These two Länder serve as examples of the differences between the old and new Länder, which persist for almost 30 years after German reunification. The thesis tries to find answers to the questions of what specific differences in electoral behaviour towards the Green Party and its topics exist in the new and old Länder, what are the reasons and what are the consequences for German politics. The first theoretical part of the thesis presents the factors of voting behaviour, which are divided into long-term and short-term. In the second analytical part of the work, is this theory applied to a comparative case study of the two mentioned elections, which are compared on the basis of factors of voting behaviour. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem volebního chování ke Straně zelených v Německu. Práce se zaměřuje konkrétně na volby do Zemského sněmu v roce 2016, a to ve dvou spolkových zemích Bádensko-Württembersko a Sasko-Anhaltsko. Strana zelených v těchto dvou volbách dosáhla naprosto rozdílných výsledků, v Bádensku-Württembersku volby vyhrála a v Sasku-Anhaltsku se jen stěží do Zemského sněmu dostala. Tyto dvě země mají sloužit jako příklady pro rozdíly mezi starými a novými spolkovými zeměmi, které i po skoro 30 letech po německém znovusjednocení přetrvávají. Práce se snaží najít odpověď na otázky, jaké konkrétní rozdíly ve volebním chováním ke Straně zelených a jejím tématům v nových a starých spolkových zemích existují, jaké jsou pro to důvody a jaké to má důsledky pro politiku Německa. V první teoretické části práce jsou představeny faktory volebního chování, které jsou rozděleny na dlouhodobé a krátkodobé. V druhé analytické části práce je pak tato teorie aplikována na konkrétní komparativní případovou studii dvou zmíněných voleb, které jsou na základě volebních faktorů porovnány. Jsou hledány rozdíly v historii a ekonomické situaci zemí, historii Strany zelených a jejím typickém voliči.
