Strach a obavy pacientů při provádění invazivních výkonů studenty ošetřovatelství

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find out whether the patient has a fear and anxiety when treated by the students, and how it affects his or her psychological comfort. Next, find out if the patients want to refuse it for different reasons, and if they have the courage to do so. How much when signing the consent about a student participation, understand what the students can do and if they know they can later withdraw this informed consent. The bachelor thesis will be elaborated mainly as a research study in the form of semi- structured interview, which contains a qualitative and quantitative part. In the theoretical part, I will describe emotions, fear and anxiety in connection with the pain that accompanies, the patient during invasive procedure performed by the student. I will focus most on the fear in general, its manifestations and the effect on the patient's health. I will mention the topic of signing informed consent with the students presence in a relation to the principles of a medical ethics.

Cíl práce Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda pacienti mají strach a obavy při provádění invazivního výkonu studentem. V případě, že ano, zda intenzita tohoto strachu je větší, když výkon provádí student než když stejný výkonu provádí zkušená zdravotní sestra. Dále bych chtěla zjistit, zda pacienti chtějí z různých důvodů studenta odmítnout a zda k tomu mají odvahu. Do jaké míry při podepisování souhlasu o účasti studentů rozumí tomu, co budou studenti smět provádět a zda vědí, že mohou informovaní souhlas později odvolat. Bakalářská práce bude zpracována především jako výzkumná studie formou semistrukturovaného rozhovoru, který obsahuje kvalitativní a kvantitativní část. V teoretické části budu popisovat emoce, strach a úzkost v souvislosti z bolesti, která pacienta doprovází během invazivního výkonu prováděného studentem. Nejvíce se zaměřím na strach obecně, jeho projevy a vliv na pacientovo zdraví. Dále také zmíním téma podpisu informovaného souhlasu s přítomností studentů ve vztahu k principům lékařské etiky.
