Péče o ženu při ukončení těhotenství pro vrozenou vývojovou vadu plodu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prenatální diagnostikou, vrozenými vývojovými vadami, jejich screeningem a následnou ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacientku, u které byla zjištěna vývojová vada plodu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky o prenatální diagnostice, její důležitosti a následnými screeningovými vyšetřeními, které jsou její součástí. V práci jsou popsány součásti ultrazvukových vyšetření, biochemických vyšetření a vyšetření invazivních i neinvazivních. Práce informuje o vrozených vývojových vadách jak na úrovních chromozomálních, tak na úrovních morfologických. Jsou zde popsány příčiny výskytu těchto vad, jejich dělení, ale i jejich projevy. Na konci teoretické části jsou zmíněné možnosti ukončení těhotenství. Případovou studií se zabývá druhá, praktická, část práce, do které byla vybrána pacientka na Gynekologicko-porodnické klinice, Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze. Je zde popsán vývoj ošetřovatelské péče, která byla pacientce poskytnuta. Cílem práce bylo sledovat, jak probíhá ošetřovatelská péče u ženy při ukončení těhotenství z důvodu vrozené vývojové vady plodu, ošetřovatelskou péči popsat a vyhodnotit. The bachelor thesis deals with prenatal diagnosis, congenital developmental defects and their screening examination and subsequent nursing care of a female patient who has been diagnosed with developmental defects of the fetus. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on knowledge about prenatal diagnosis and its importance and subsequent screening examinations, which are part of it. There are the components of ultrasound examinations, biochemical examinations and invasive and non-invasive examinations described in the thesis. This thesis reports on congenital developmental defects at both - chromosomal and morphological - levels. There are causes of the occurrence of these defects, their division and their manifestations described in the thesis. There are also possibilities of termination of pregnancy mentioned in the end of the theoretical part. The second part of the thesis, the practical part, is focused on a case study. There was a female patient of Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic, General Teaching Hospital in Prague, selected to the thesis.
