Porodní poranění ženy při vaginálním porodu pohledem porodní asistentky.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou porodních poranění žen při vaginálním porodu. Cílem této práce bylo shrnout znalosti anatomie porodních cest a problematiky porodních poranění. V praktické části práce bylo cílem zjistit, jaká je informovanost žen v dané problematice, jaká jsou nejčastější porodní poranění či zda má příprava hráze k porodu vliv na vznik porodních poranění. Teoretická část práce popisuje ve stručnosti anatomii ženských porodních cest, v rozsahu, který je dle mého názoru dostatečný pro porodní asistentky. Dále jsou zde popsány jednotlivé druhy porodních poranění a jejich ošetření. Péče o porodní poranění v období šestinedělí, je další problematikou, která byla rozebrána v teoretické části. Dále jsem zde uvedla jednotlivé metody prevence porodních poranění. V praktické části jsem pracovala s informacemi, získanými z kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo na odděleních šestinedělí Gynekologicko- porodnické kliniky 1. lékařské fakulty a Univerzity Karlovy v Praze. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že nejčastějším porodním poraněním je epiziotomie a ruptura. Zda má příprava hráze k porodu vliv na vznik poranění hráze se v tomto výzkumu nepotvrdilo, tyto výsledky však přisuzuji povaze pracoviště (perinatologické centrum), ve kterém výzkum probíhal. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of birth injuries of woman during vaginal delivery. The aim of this thesis was to summarize the knowledge of anatomy of birth canal and the issue of birth injuries. The aim in practical part of the thesis was to find out how is the awareness of woman about this issue, which birth injuries are the most frequent or whether had the preparation of perineum impact to formation ofbirth injuries. Theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy of birth canal, this range is in my opinion sufficient for midwives. There are also described particular kinds of birth injuries and its treatment. Care about birth injuries in puerperium was also described in theoretical part. Particular kinds of prevention of perineum to delivery were also part of theoretical part. In practical part I worked with informations, that I gained from quantitative questionnaire, which was taking place in departements of puerperium in Gynekologicko- porodnická klinika 1. lékařské fakulty a Univerzity Karlovy v Praze. The research shows, that the most common delivery injury is episiotomy and rupture.
