Jakub Pětioký Název bakalářské práce: Screening individuální fyzioterapeutické jednotky u pacientů s centrální hemiparézou, se zaměřením na časovou dotaci individuální fyzioterapie a počet pohybů jednotlivých segmentů na horní končetině během fyzioterapie. Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Práce se zabývá screeningem fyzioterapeutických jednotek jak konvenčních, tak roboticky asistované rehabilitace. Pro komplexnější obraz byl zařazen také screening jednotek ergoterapie. Práce je zaměřena na terapii horní končetiny a jejím cílem je porovnat mezi sebou terapie vedené terapeutem a roboticky asistovanou rehabilitaci vedenou robotickým systémem, a to z hlediska intenzity. Konkrétně byl porovnáván čas věnovaný tréninku horní končetiny během terapie a počet opakovaných pohybů v jednotlivých segmentech horní končetiny. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části, která je psána formou literární rešerše, je shrnuta problematika týkající se cévní mozkové příhody (CMP). Je zde zahrnuta například etiopatogeneze, dále incidence onemocnění, rozdělení CMP, klinický obraz a klasické možnosti rehabilitace, jakými jsou například Bobath koncept či Proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace. Abstrakt of bachelor thesis: An aim of a thesis is screening of individual conventional physiotherapeutic units and robotic-assisted rehabilitation. The screening of ergotherapy units was also included for a more comprehensive picture. The bachalor thesis is focused on upper limb therapy and the aim is to compare the intensity of the conventional therapy lead by therpist and intensity of robotic assisted rehabilitation lead by robotic system. Specifically, the time spent on upper limb training during therapy and the number of repetitive movements in each segment of the upper limb was compared. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical.
