online behavioral targeting, remarketing, data mining, privacy, privacy protection, personal data, use of personal dataTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem online marketingových praktik na vnímání soukromí. Za tímto účelem je v teoretické části nejprve vymezen pojem soukromí. S ohledem na nesoulad při definování tohoto pojmu, jsou v práci představeny jednotlivé koncepty, které se v diskurzu nejčastěji opakují. Zvláštní pozornost je přitom věnována postavení soukromí v kontextu marketingové komunikace. Následně je popsána právní úprava ochrany soukromí a to, jak na úrovni vnitrostátní, tak na té evropské. V neposlední řadě jsou představeny jednotlivé online marketingové praktiky, které pro své fungování využívají právě osobní údaje zákazníků. Důraz je přitom kladen na online behaviorální cílení a s ním související remarketing. V praktické části jsou provedeny polostrukturované individuální rozhovory s cílem zjistit, zda uživatelé online marketingové praktiky představené v teoretické části znají, jaký na ně případně mají názor a zejména, jaký mají vliv na jejich vnímání soukromí.
This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of online marketing practices on perception of privacy. For this purpose, the theoretical part of this thesis first presents different conceptions of privacy, that are most repeated in the discourse. This chapter focuses on the position of privacy in the context of marketing communication. After that The Czech Privacy Policy as well as the European Union Privacy Policy are described. The last chapter of theoretical part presents different online marketing practises that use customer data. The emphasis is on online behavioral targeting and related remarketing. In the practical part, semi-structured individual interviews are conducted to find out whether users are familiar with these online marketing practices, what they think about them and mainly how do these practices affect their perception of privacy.
