Vnitřní struktura hnutí ANO a proměna stanov po celostátním sněmu 2017

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the political party ANO and its internal structure. The aim of the thesis is to find out, how the individual organizational components of the party are functioning according to the valid party statutes and what role they have the chair and the founder of the political party ANO Andrej Babiš. The first chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the developmental typology of political parties, with an emphasis on the new business-firm- party model, whose authors are Jonathan Hopkin and Caterina Paolucci. This classification is followed in the next chapter by the theory of the party systems, according to Giovanni Sartori. In order to correctly fit the Czech party system into context, the following chapter describes its evolution from 1989 to the present. An important part of the theoretical part is the legal definition of the establishment and functioning of political parties and movements in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is on the provision of membership and principles, which must be part of all statutes. In the analytical part, the political party ANO, its origin, and development, is briefly introduced at the beginning. In the next chapter, all mandatory regulations and its changes were analyzed in detail. The statutes also include the definition of party bodies...

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje politickému hnutí ANO a jeho vnitřní struktuře. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jak fungují jednotlivé organizační složky strany podle platných stranických stanov a jakou roli v nich má předseda a zakladatel hnutí ANO Andrej Babiš. První kapitola teoretické části se věnuje vývojové typologii politických stran s důrazem na nový model business-firm-party, jehož autory jsou Jonathan Hopkin a Caterina Paolucci. Na tuto klasifikaci navazuje v další kapitole teorie stranických systému podle Giovanniho Sartoriho. Pro správné zasazení a pochopení českého stranického systému do kontextu, je v následující kapitole popsán jeho vývoj od roku 1989 až po současnost. Důležitou součástí teoretické části je i zákonné vymezení vzniku a fungování politických stran a hnutí v České republice, kde je důraz kladen na ustanovení členství a zásady, které musí být součásti všech stanov. V analytické části je na začátku stručně představeno hnutí ANO, jeho vznik a vývoj. V další kapitole jsou představeny veškeré povinné předpisy, které hnutí má a podrobně zanalyzované jejich změny, které vedly k upevnění moci jeho vedení. Součástí stanov je i vymezení stranických orgánů a jejich pravomocí, čemuž se věnuje následující kapitola. Ze zjištěných poznatků je pak na hnutí ANO aplikován model obchodní...
