Informovanost pacientů s omezenou soběstačností o možnostech domácí péče

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou domácí péče. V současné době dochází v České republice ke stárnutí celé populace, díky tomu se navyšuje počet osob se sníženou soběstačností. Tito jedinci často vyhledávají pomoc služeb domácí péče, proto je důležité, aby znali možnosti, které jim tato služba může poskytnout. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit informovanost pacientů s omezenou soběstačností o možnostech domácí péče. V souladu s tématem bakalářské práce a stanoveným cílem jsem definovala následující hypotézy: Hypotéza H1: Domnívám se, že více než 50 % respondentů hodnotí svoji informovanost o možnostech domácí péče jako nedostatečnou. Hypotéza H2: Předpokládám, že více než 50 % respondentů neví, kdo je kompetentní domácí péči indikovat. Hypotéza H3: Myslím si, že více než polovina respondentů není informována o možnosti hrazení některých služeb domácí péče zdravotní pojišťovnou. Pro bakalářskou práci byla zvolena metoda kvantitativního výzkumu. Potřebná data jsem získala pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. S každým respondentem jsem dotazník vyplnila osobně. Respondenty tvořili pacienti z interních oddělení a léčeben dlouhodobě nemocných z nejmenovaných pražských nemocnic. This Bachelor thesis deals with problems of home care. At present, the whole population is aging in the Czech Republic, increasing the number of people with limited self-sufficiency. These individuals often seek help from home care services, so it is important that they know the opportunities that this service can provide. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the awareness among patients with limited self-sufficiency about the possibilities of home care. In line with the bachelor thesis topic and goal setting, I defined the following hypotheses: Hypothesis H1: I presume that more than 50 % of respondents evaluate their awareness about the possibilities of home care as insufficient. Hypothesis H2: I suppose that more than 50 % of respondents do not know who is competent to indicate home care. Hypothesis H3: I think that more than half of the respondents are not informed about the possibility of reimbursing some home care services by the health insurance company. For the bachelor thesis, the method of quantitative research was chosen. I obtained the required data using a non-standardized questionnaire of my own design.
