Management vzdělávání dospělých v neškolských organizacích

Abstract

Tématem předkládané diplomové práce je téma Management vzdělávání v neškolských organizacích. Zabývá se interním systémem vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti Coca- Cola Hellenic Česko a Slovensko. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat stávající systém vzdělávání pracovníků ve společnosti Coca - Cola Česko a Slovensko a Rakousko, komparovat systém vzdělávání vybraných zemí a na základě zjištěných skutečností navrhnout úpravu tohoto systému, aby podpořily další úspěšný rozvoj pracovníků v organizaci. Práce je členěna do dvou částí a to, do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části dojde k seznámení s odbornými pojmy, které jsou nutné k pochopení tématu. Práce se zabývá managementem vzdělávání, tvorbou strategie v organizaci, personální strategií, cyklem vdělávání v organizaci (analýzou vzdělávacích potřeb, plánováním vzdělávání, realizací) a jeho následným vyhodnocováním. V praktické části dojde k popsání současného stavu cyklu firemního vzdělávání ve vybrané organizaci Coca-Cola Hellenic Česko. Na základě zjištěných skutečností budou navrhnuty úpravy tohoto systému. Na základě analýzy současného stavu vzdělávání v třech porovnávaných zemích Coca-Cola Hellenic dojde následně ke komparaci vzdělávacího systému Coca-Cola Hellenic Rakousko, Polsko a Česko a Slovensko. The topic of this diploma thesis is the topic Management of education in non-school organizations. It deals with the internal employee education system at Coca-Cola Hellenic Czech Republic and Slovakia. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the existing system of training of employees in Coca - Cola Czechia and Slovakia and Austria, to compare the education system of selected countries and to propose the modification of this system in order to support the further successful development of the employees in the organization. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the professional concepts that are necessary to understand the topic. The work deals with the management of education, the formation of strategy in the organization, the personnel strategy, the learning cycle in the organization (by analyzing the educational needs, the planning of education, realization) and its subsequent evaluation. The practical part will describe the current state of the corporate education cycle in the selected Coca-Cola Hellenic Czech Republic. On the basis of the facts found, modifications of this system will be proposed.
