Analýza vzdělávacích potřeb asistentů pedagoga na základních školách obce s rozšířenou působností Otrokovice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a identifikací vzdělávacích potřeb asistentů pedagoga v základních školách na území ORP (obce s rozšířenou působností) Otrokovice. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké vzdělávací potřeby mají asistenti pedagoga v základních školách v ORP Otrokovice. Teoretická část definuje východiska související se vzděláváním v organizaci, analýzou vzdělávacích potřeb, pojmem asistent pedagoga, jeho legislativním ukotvením i náplní práce. Empirická část zkoumá prostřednictvím obsahové analýzy dokumentů a dotazování vzdělávací potřeby asistentů pedagoga ve vybraném území. Výsledkem šetření je zjištění vzdělávacích potřeb asistentů pedagoga v obci s rozšířenou působností Otrokovice. Obsahová analýza dokumentů posloužila k získání informací o tom, jaké činnosti požadují po svých zaměstnancích ředitelé škol v náplních práce. Tyto konkrétní činnosti se staly podkladem pro dotazníkové šetření, jehož se zúčastnili asistenti pedagoga pracující v základních školách obce s rozšířenou působností Otrokovice a ředitelé škol. Dotazníkové šetření umožnilo konkretizovat oblasti, v nichž asistenti pedagoga cítí vzdělávací potřebu. The present Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and identification of the training needs of the teaching assistants at elementary schools in the territory of the municipality with extended powers (MEP) Otrokovice. The purpose of the Bachelor thesis is to identify the training needs of the teaching assistants working at primary schools in MEP Otrokovice. The theoretical section defines the starting points associated with the training in an organization, the training need analysis, the term "teaching assistant", its legislative support and job duties. The empirical section uses content analysis of documents and a survey to examine the training needs of teaching assistants in the selected territory. The result of the survey is the identification of teaching assistants' training needs in the municipality with extended powers Otrokovice. The consent analysis of documents provided information about the activities required as job duties from employees by head teachers.
