Strach z hypoglykémie u pacientů s diabetem mellitem I. typu v kontextu s ošetřovatelským procesem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje strachu z hypoglykémie u pacientů, kteří mají diagnostikovaný diabetes mellitus 1. typu. Tato práce je rozdělana na dvě části. A to na část teoretickou, která se zabývá problematikou diabetu mellitu jeho charakteristikou, projevy, diagnostikou, léčbou a komplikacemi. Dále se teoretická část věnuje strachu, úzkosti, depresi a citovým vazbám neboli attachmentu. Empirická část této bakalářské práce je věnována strachu z nízké hladiny cukru v krvi ve vztahu k depresi, úzkosti, citové vazbě a dalším demografickým a klinickým faktorům. Závěr praktické části práce popisuje daný vzorek respondentů a stanovuje výsledky výzkumu. Výzkum k této práci byl založen na šesti dotaznících, které byly respondentům předkládány v tomto pořadí - nestandardizovaný anamnestický dotazník, průzkum nízké hladiny cukru v krvi u dospělých (HFS - II), Beckova sebeposuzovací škála úzkosti (BAI), Beckova škála deprese (BDI - II), Experiences in close relationships (ECR) a Generalizovaná úzkostná porucha - 7 (GAD - 7 ). Po zhodnocení dotazníku dle jejich skórovacích manuálu byly využity statistické nástroje. Metody které byly využity vycházely ze stanovených hypotéz o vztahu mezi danými promněnými a cílů práce. This bachelor thesis discusses the fear of hypoglycemia at patients who have diagnosed diabetes mellitus of first type. This thesis is divided into two parts. There is a theoretical part, which deals with problematic of diabetes mellitus, with its characteristic, symptoms, diagnostic, treatment and complications. Next theme of this theoretical part is deals with fear, anxiety, depression and emotional structure or attachments. Empirical part of this bachelor thesis is dedicated to fear of low level sugar in blood in relation to depression, anxiety, emotional attachments and other demographic and clinic factors. The conclusion of the practical part describes the sample of respondents and determines the results of the research. The research for this thesis was based on six questionnaires, which respondents received in this order - a non-standardized anamnesis questionnaire, research of low level of sugar in blood at adults (HFS - II), Beck's self-judged scale of anxiety (BAI), Beck's Depression Scale (BDI- II), Experiences in close relationships (ECR) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder - 7 (GAD - 7).
