Abstract

Title: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of patient after resection of the spinal tumor and fracture of malleolus. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical knowledge about a diagnosis of spinal tumors and develop of physiotherapy treatment schedule in the form of patient with this diagnosis and fracture of malleolus case study. Methods: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - the general part and the special part. The general part contains theoretical knowledge about the disease, options of treatment and therapy. The special part includes case study of the patient after resection of the spinal tumor and fracture of malleolus, especially input, control and output kinesiology analysis, the goals of the therapy, a short-term and long-term therapy plan, therapy process and the evaluation and the effect of therapy. The case study was created during my internship in the Military University Hospital in Prague at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in the period from 8th of January to 2nd of February 2018. Results: We managed to reach of the aims fixed in the short-term therapy plan. Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po resekci míšního tumoru a fraktuře hlezna Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretické znalosti, které se týkají diagnózy míšního tumoru a vypracovat formou kazuistiky postup fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou a frakturou hlezna. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - obecnou a speciální. Obecná část obsahuje teoretické poznatky týkajících se míšních nádorů, možnostech léčby a terapie. Speciální část je zaměřena na kazuistiku pacienta po resekci míšního tumoru a fraktuře hlezna, a obsahuje vstupní, kontrolní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, cíle terapie, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán, průběh terapie a zhodnocení výsledků a efektu terapie. Kazuistika byla zpracována na základě souvislé odborné praxe v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici v Praze na oddělení rehabilitační a fyzikální medicíny v období od 8. 1. do 2. 2. 2018. Výsledky: Podařilo se splnit cíle krátkodobého terapeutického plánu. U pacienta došlo ke zvýšení rozsahu pohybu v ramenním i hlezenním kloubu, posílení oslabeného svalstva, redukci otoku jizvy i hlezenního kloubu, úpravě dechového stereotypu, relaxaci hypertonních svalů a protažení zkrácených svalů.
