Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je překlad povídky O Cavaleiro da Dinamarca Sophie de Mello Breyner Andresen. Teoretická část práce je věnovaná představení literárněhistorického kontextu a díla Sophie de Mello Breyner Andresen se zvláštním přihlédnutím k její tvorbě pro děti. Dále se věnujeme definici literatury pro děti a mládež jako žánru a specifickým rysům jejího překladu. Další část práce tvoří samotný překlad povídky do češtiny. Následuje komentář překladu spočívající v analýze výchozího textu a analýze konkrétních překladatelských problémů a posunů.

The bachelor thesis consists in the translation of the story O Cavaleiro da Dinamarca written by Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis presents the information about the literary and historical context, the author and his work, especially children's and youth literature. The next part of the thesis comprises the genre of children's literature and deals with the specifics of its translation. The second part of the bachelor thesis comprises of the translation and the commentary which contains translation analysis of the source text and analysis of translation problems and translation shifts.
