Abstract

Sociální bydlení v sociální politice se zaměřením na situaci v městské části Praha 7 Abstrakt Diplomová práce je zaměřena na současný systém sociálního bydlení v kontextu sociální politiky České republiky. Zabývá se jak jednotlivými skupinami využívajícími sociální bydlení, tak sociálním bydlením v evropských zemích a celkovým historickým kontextem, který vedl k současnému stavu sociálního bydlení v České republice. Teoretická část se dále věnuje bytové politice, která s tématem úzce souvisí. Vzhledem ke složitosti a šíři daného tématu je analytická část práce zaměřena na zhodnocení problematiky sociálního bydlení v Městské části Praha 7. Stávající populace Městské části Praha 7 je do značné míry ovlivněna zvýšenou imigrací osob ve věku 20-45 let. Tím dochází již řadu let k omlazení celkové populace, přičemž se tento fakt projevuje mj. klesajícím podílem seniorů žijících na území této městské části. Výsledky populační projekce do roku 2050 naznačují, že poměr jednotlivých věkových složek se pravděpodobně nepatrně pozmění, přičemž může dojít i k vysokému nárůstu počtu obyvatel. Hodnoty střední délky života při narození spolu s průměrným věkem matky při narození prvního dítěte se budou zvyšovat a následovat celorepublikový trend. Social Housing in Social Policy focusing on Prague 7 City District Abstract This diploma thesis focuses on the current system of social housing in the context of the social policy of the Czech Republic. It deals with individual problem groups using social housing, involves the research of social housing situation in other European countries and the overall historical context that has led to the current social housing situation in the Czech Republic. The theoretical framework aims to the housing itself it closely associated with the main topic. Since the subject is complex and broad, the analytical framework concentrates on social housing issues of the Prague 7 district. Current population in this particular territory is largely influenced by increased number of immigration of people mostly aged 20−45. As a result, the overall population is younger than in other parts and the number of seniors living in Prague 7 municipal district has been continuously decreasing. The outcomes of the population projection to the year 2050 suggest the proportion of age groups will probably change, and a high population growth is likely to happen under given assumptions.
