Prvorepubliková Pětka v kontextu konsenzuální demokracie

Abstract

This paper deals with the analysis of the transformation of the political system of the first Czechoslovak Republic in connection with the existence of an extra-parliamentary, non- governmental and extra-constitutional body in the form of Five on the basis of the theory of Arend Lijphart not only in the form of a consensual theory of democracy, but mainly based on its later widespread concept of two opposing models of democracy Consensus and Westminster definition. Tato práce se zabývá analýzou proměny politického systému první Československé republiky v souvislosti s existencí mimoparlamentního, mimovládního a mimoústavního orgánu v podobě Pětky, za využití teorie Arenda Lijpharta nejenom v podobě konsociační teorie demokracie, ale především na základě její později rozšířené koncepce dvou protikladných modelů demokracie v podobě konsenzuálního a westminsterského vymezení.
