| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je proces zakládání mobilního hospice v České republice. Zaměřuje se na postup základních kroků, potřebných k založení mobilního hospice, a to jak z teoretického, tak z praktického pohledu. Práce rovněž nabízí konkrétní příklady z praxe. První část práce se věnuje vymezení pojmu paliativní péče a souvisejícím legislativním normám. Dále jsou podrobně rozpracovány klíčové fáze procesu zakládání mobilního hospice, z pohledu manažerských činností vztažených k praxi. Závěr je věnován managementu a roli hospice jako organizace, s efektivním využitím všech relevantních zdrojů. | cs_CZ |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to describe the process of establishing a mobile hospice in the Czech Republic. The main focus is on essential measures that are necessary for establishing a mobile hospice from the theoretical perspective but it also includes several examples of good practice. The first part treats the concept of palliative care and related legislation. Further the thesis elaborates key steps of the establishing process of a mobile hospice regarding the management activities in practice. The conclusion deals with the management and the role of hospice as an institution where all relevant resources are efficiently integrated. | en_US |
