Umístění žen cizinek na českém trhu práce (na příkladu žen Ukrajinek)

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issues of migration of Ukrainian women to the Czech Republic and their position on the Czech labour market. Ukrainian women represent one of the most numerous migration groups in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to find out the reasons for the Ukrainian women's migration and to characterize their position and place on the czech labour market. The thesis draws on the theory of dual labor market and the framework mainly consists of the qualitative data collection. Qualitative research was carried out among ten Ukrainian women, with whom a semi-structured interview was conducted. Subsequently, the interviews were evaluated by the content analysis method. The results of the interviews were expected to answer three predetermined research questions. The thesis also contains available quantitative data analysis, especially statistical data on the number of Ukrainian women in Czech and their economic activity. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou migrace Ukrajinek do Česka a jejich postavením na českém trhu práce. Ukrajinky se řadí mezi nejpočetnější migrační skupinu, která se na území Česka nachází. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit důvody Ukrajinek k migraci, a dále charakterizovat jejich postavení a umístění na českém pracovním trhu. Diplomová práce vychází z teorie o dvojím pracovním trhu. V rámci výzkumu byl využit především kvalitativní sběr dat. Kvalitativního výzkumu se zúčastnil vzorek deseti Ukrajinek, se kterými byl proveden polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Následně byly rozhovory vyhodnoceny metodou obsahové analýzy. Výsledky rozhovorů měly zodpovědět tři předem stanovené výzkumné otázky. Diplomové práce obsahuje i analýzu dostupných kvantitativních údajů, zejména statistické údaje o počtech Ukrajinek v Česku a jejich ekonomické aktivitě.
