Volnočasové aktivity dětí v Dětském domově Dolní Počernice

Abstract

Předmětem práce je trávení volného času dětí z Dětského domova Dolní Počernice. Cílem práce je popsat volnočasové aktivity dětí v DD Dolní Počernice a také zjistit, zdali jsou klienti zařízení s jejich nabídkou spokojeni. Problematika je nejprve kontextualizována v teoretické části, kde se zabývám ústavní výchovou v České republice, charakterizuji (ne)funkční rodinu a v souvislosti s tím i příčiny umístění dítěte do dětského domova. Dále zde zmiňuji sociální a psychologické aspekty ústavní výchovy a její vliv na jedince. Teoretickou část práce uzavírám pojednáním o výchově ve volném čase a jejích funkcích. V praktické části práce představuji metody šetření, a to dotazník a polostrukturovaný rozhovor, které byly použity k zodpovězení výzkumných otázek vycházejících z cílů práce. Na základě analýzy a interpretace získaných dat jsem došla k závěru, že děti jsou s trávením svého volného času spokojené, tráví ho aktivně a navštěvují různé zájmové kroužky. Přínosem práce je snaha upozornit na význam smysluplného trávení volného času dětí z dětského domova ve smyslu zvyšování prevence patologických jevů a kvality jejich života. The thesis focuses on leisure time activities of children living in orphanage Dolní Počernice. The aim is to describe leisure time activities in which children are engaged and to determine whether the clients are satisfied with the range of various free time activities that they can choose from. The theoretical part of the thesis covers the following subjects: institutional care in the Czech Republic; characteristics of (non)functional family; the causes of placement of the child in the orphanage; social and psychological aspects of institutional care and its influence on the individual; and the purpose of leisure time education and its functions. The empirical part explores the research methods, namely the questionnaire and the semi- structured interview that were used in order to answer the research questions. The main findings are that the children are satisfied with the free time activities and that they spend their leisure time actively. The purpose of the thesis is to contribute to the discussion concerning mindful spending of the free time of children that are placed in the children's home. It emphases the importance of free time for prevention of pathological behavior and stresses the necessity of attaining free time competencies for improving the quality of children's lives.
