Analýza metod práce u internátní formy preventivně výchovné péče

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o významu preventivně výchovných zařízení, kterými jsou střediska výchovné péče. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na Středisko výchovné péče v Domažlicích. Teoretická část charakterizuje filozofii internátního pobytu a především metody a formy práce, které jsou během práce s klientem využívány. Dále popisuje spolupráci s dalšími subjekty a organizacemi, se kterými středisko výchovné péče společně participují, a tím podporují klienta v nápravě jeho chování. Pro empirickou část práce byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, a to za využití designů případové studie a především metody zakotvené teorie. Výzkum je zaměřený na vliv metod a forem práce na změnu, zmírnění nebo odstranění již vzniklých poruch chování, a to z pohledu samotných klientů a jejich rodičů. Na základě provedeného výzkumu jsou pak v závěru práce formulované odpovědi na výzkumné otázky. This master thesis deals with the importance of preventive educational care where educational care centres belong. More specifically the thesis is focused on Educational Care Centre in Domažlice. The theoretical part characterizes the principle of stay in hall of residence and mainly the methods and forms of work which are used during working with clients. Furthermore, it describes the cooperation with other subjects and organizations which the educational care centre cooperates with and in this way supports the client to improve his/her behaviour. For the practical part, the qualitative research was chosen with the usage of designs of case study and especially the methods of grounded theory. The research was focused on the influence of the methods and forms of work on the change, reducing or eliminating already developed behaviour disorders. The influence is evaluated from the clients and their parents' perspective. On the grounds of the research the responses on the research questions are formulated at the end of the thesis.
