Paměti Any Sáenz-Kybalové jako pramen ke studiu česko-mexických vztahů v 1. polovině 20. století

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá pamětmi Any Sáenz-Kybalové, manželky významného českého historika a diplomata Vlastimila Kybala, na jejichž základě zkoumá obraz vztahů Československa a Mexika v první polovině 20. století, zejména pak diplomatickou misi Vlastimila Kybala v Mexiku v letech 1935 až 1939. Paměti Any Sáenz-Kybalové nebyly dosud veřejnosti známy, jelikož jsou uloženy v Národním archivu České Republiky v dosud neuspořádaném fondu. Na základě těchto pamětí autorka rovněž popisuje život Any Sáenz-Kybalové, kterým se, na rozdíl od života a díla jejího manžela, doposud nikdo nezabýval.

This Diploma thesis deals with the memories of Ana Sáenz-Kybalova, the wife of an important Czech historian and diplomat Vlastimil Kybal, examining the image of the relations between Czechoslovakia and Mexico in the first half of the 20th century and, in particular, the diplomatic mission of Vlastimil Kybal in Mexico between 1935 and 1939. The memories of Ana Sáenz-Kybalova were not yet known to the public, as they are stored in the National Archives of the Czech Republic in an unprocessed fund. Based on these memories, the author also describes the life of Ana Sáenz-Kybalova, which, in contrast to the life and work of her husband, has not yet been described.
