Abstract

The presented master thesis tries to solve the problem of poor administration of providing emergency care in the IZS (Integrated Rescue Systém) by the RZP and LSP. The first part is literary and deals with concepts such as the IZS, the IZS divisions, the ambulance, explanation of the term "patient", describing the relationship between patient and physician and with the components of the IZS and the relevant legislative and ethical codes that are associated with providing care in the ZZS IZS. The second part is practical. The content of the practical work is the emergency services and rescue services in the IZS, which in the past 20 years was and still is undergoing a significant number of ongoing changes. In the context of these changes has been newly created the complex IZS, which concentrates the potential of rescue forces and non-medical resources in our country. The work concerns with incorrect indication of the IZS trips during providing emergency services in the city of Prague. The IZS proposed some editions to the current state. Předložená diplomová práce se snaží řešit problém špatného členění poskytování pohotovostní péče v rámci IZS (integrovaný záchranný systém) složkami RZP (rychlá zdravotnická pomoc) a LSPP (lékařská služba první pomoci). První část práce je literární a zabývá se pojmy jako je IZS, členění IZS, zdravotnická záchranná služba, vysvětlení pojmu pacient, popisem vztahu mezi pacientem, lékařem a složkami IZS a souvisejícími legislativními a etickými kodexy, jež jsou spojeny s poskytováním péče v rámci ZZS a IZS. Druhá část je praktická. Obsahem praktické části práce je problematika pohotovostních služeb a služeb záchranných v rámci IZS, která v posledních 20 letech prochází významnými a dosud neukončenými změnami. V rámci těchto změn byl nově vytvořen komplexní IZS. V práci je řešena nesprávná a vědomá indikace výjezdů složek IZS v rámci poskytování záchranných služeb na území Hlavního města Prahy. V rámci IZS jsou navržené změny stavu. Součástí výzkumu byla také složitost postavení a zařazení všech složek IZS v rámci legislativního zařazení v systému ČR.
