Význam nutriční péče u Poruch Příjmu Potravy

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá nutriční terapií u poruch příjmu potravy. Zkoumá, zda má nutriční terapie nezastupitelnou roli v léčbě nebo je na jejím okraji. V teoretické části se věnuji obecným kapitolám o poruchách příjmu potravy - definice, etiologie a epidemiologie, poruchy příjmu potravy v dětském věku, zdravotní komplikace a psychické důsledky, terapie a nutriční terapie. V praktické části jsem vytvořila edukační materiál o stravování - základní doporučení ve stravování, jídelníček při podváze a přejídání. Tato část je psána srozumitelnou formou s minimem cizích slov a lékařských pojmů, proto může být využita pro širokou laickou veřejnost. This thesis deals with nutritional therapy for eating disorders. It explores whether nutritional therapy has an irreplaceable role in treatment of these disorders or whether nutritional therapy has a marginal effect. I describe general issues of eating disorders in a theoretical part of my thesis such as etiology, epidemiology, therapy and nutrition therapy. I composed educational handout about eating in a practical part of my thesis containing fundamental dietary recommendations, menu for underweight people and overeating. I tried to wrote this part in the most comprehensible form with a minimal amount of foreign words and medical terms therefore my thesis could be used for broad public.
