Prevody vlastníckého práva k pozemkom

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá náležitosťami prevodu vlastníckeho práva k pozemkom. Pozostáva z troch hlavných kapitol. Prvá kapitola definuje jednotlivé základné pojmy relevantné pre túto diplomovú prácu s dôrazom na špecifické vlastnosti pôdy. Druhá kapitola sa venuje prvej fáze z dvojfázového procesu prevodu vlastníckeho práva k pozemkom, a to nadobúdaciemu titulu. Tretia kapitola popisuje druhú fázu z takého vyššie uvedeného procesu, ktorou je zápis vlastníckeho práva do katastru nehnuteľností.

The thesis deals with the terms of transfer of the ownership right to land. It is comprised of three main chapters. The first chapter defines the various basic terms relevant to this thesis with emphasis on the specific attributes of the soil. The second chapter is devoted to the first phase of the two-phase process of transfer of the ownership right to land, i.e. the acquisition title. The third chapter describes the second phase of the above mentioned process which is the registration of the ownership right into the Cadastre of Immovables.
